Mx Moto Shipping Policy

At Mx Moto, we source our specialized stunt parts and custom hardware directly from global manufacturers to ensure we bring you the highest quality mods at the best possible prices. Because we deal directly with the suppliers, shipping times may take a bit longer than standard domestic shipping, but we promise the wait is worth it!

📦 Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders take 2 to 5 business days to verify, pack, and prepare for shipment.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery to Canada and the USA typically takes 10 to 20 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs delays, holidays, or courier backlogs.

🗺️ Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the tracking link to update once it is generated.

🛃 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mx Moto is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

❌ Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed past the estimated window, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or email us at jove@mxmoto.ca so we can help you look into it.
